I really liked how the staff was friendly and helpful they are available 24/7 and you can easily ask for any help from them and they will even be happy to help , the decor and the apartment was well designed and amazing . The breakfast is so good . There was parking for the the hotel and was easy to use and safe . The area was safe we had an ice cream shop and supermarket nearby and a small park were you can have a walk and kids can play . I really liked Amsterdam and the hotel . We tried to get a refund, because on the first night we checked out due to having a better hotel around the corner, which I think the staff did not like so therefore they kept our money and laughed in our face.

The location is great for walking around the city, there is no need to use transport, you can walk everywhere. The staff are nice and helpful.

The rooms are not very clean. Because of the size of the suitcase, we moved the cabinet a little, where it never vacuumed. Breakfast is the same every day, not too much choice. The shared toilet in the second floor very small, you can't turn around there

Air-conditioning in the room works more like a fan than air-conditioning. Was very warm, and 1 window can only be opened under angle. So, we didn't sleep well Also, tv channels could be updated Room was pretty small

I need gluten free food. They provided some gluten free bread at breakfast, but it wasn't great and was a rather poor replacement for the wide range of wheat based food.

Had to pay 100Euro deposit at arrival wich still appears on my Absa bank statement as Uncleared. Please do steps to ensure the refund and thus remove the uncleared entry om my bank account.
