The beds we got didn´t have plugs so we couldn´t charge anything. The window was direct to a street and it was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep.

The staff is nice. We arrived a little earlier and they let us leave our bags in the hostel. There´s also coffee and tea for breakfast.

During our stay, we encountered an unpleasant situation. Despite paying for three nights, our belongings were removed from our beds by the cleaner on the first night, leading to others taking our spots. When we raised the issue with the staff, they dismissed it as typical for hostels. However, this highlights a service problem – why were our items taken? There's a clear need for a system to mark occupied spaces, and the service was rude, earning it a maximum dislike (except for Timmy, if I recall his name correctly). Also, we weren't informed to bring our own locks to secure our belongings. Additionally, we were informed that only cash payment was accepted upon arrival, which was not mentioned during the booking process.

The street is way too noisy at night. even on a Wednesday, There are no shutters on the window. You don’t sleep well there… but it is very cheap, I had a low budget so it was perfect for me.

The 12 bed dorm I was in had bunk beds on 3 levels which makes it a bit dangerous. Beds were really tiny. 1 bathroom for the 12 people which makes the waiting time quite annoying sometimes. Not the cleanest but not too bad either People in this hostel had no respect. Coming back in the middle of the night and talking loudly, talking on the phone in their beds until midnight and from 8am in the morning (not the hostel fault but I guess that's what you get when you go to a "cheap" place so be aware of that.

The location is excellent considering the price you pay (for Amsterdam of course because that's still expensive on my standards) The staff was really nice

The place itself was very basic, outside could be quite loud (i appreciate this isnt in control of the hostel), the shower water got everywhere in the shower and it wasnt all that comfortable but you more or less get what you pay for. I probably would avoid staying here if on my own.

Your stay has to be paid with cash and an additional payment for the room key deposit, which was not mentioned beforehand. Rooms did not have lockers to store belongings safely, but you could leave any valuables behind the front desk (where a member of staff will be around the clock). Also no curtains on beds for privacy, but the pictures make that clear anyway. There was also only one bathroom for the entire room to share, which meant having to wait for your turn quite often.

The location made it all worth it! Right in the centre of the city with easy access to everything you could want.

A lot of street people, dirty, smelling, pretty creepy guys roaming arround in the hostel, from room to room, there no lockers where you can keep anything safe, if you complain about the smell, they help with nothing.. if you WORK in Amsterdam, you.re NOT welkomed in this hostel; if you collect bottles from trash to pay a night tho, you.re welkomed. :)) n Joy.

Bathroom inside room, no need to worry if you forget your key over night if you want to use the toilet.

There's no bar 🍻 or restaurant at the property. Having or drinking is prohibited 🚫, not too many snacks to choose,no smoking area 🚭 and if you will be late at your check out time , hostel are taking your deposit for a key 🗝️ with no excuse.

Cleanliness was the major problem, room was smelling bad all the time, Beds were not making any sound that was really great but mattress were not comfortable. The second thing was people were coming at mid of night not talking about the people who already checked in the new comers and that disturb the whole room as they have to settle down but that is a plus point if you arrive late to Amsterdam you can check in at anytime as the one person is always there on the counter to accommodate.

The location was very wonderful everything from tourist prespective was very close.

The room is too noisy, no insulation with the other bedrooms and outside, the beds aren't comfortable, there is no private space.

It is well located, near the center, easily accessible by bus from the airport, the price is really low compared to the location, the bathroom is clean and there is nothing to say about the reception.
