Heating not comfortable, temperature is fixed at 18,5 Celsius, but automatically switched off once you leave the room. As a result the room never feels cozy.

Excellent location in the town center, room, bed, bathroom fine. No complaints.

The location is good because it is in the center and takes 13 minutes from the station. The breakfast is nice with coffee and good breads, eggs and ham. The staff is very helpful. everything is nice. The online check in was a little difficult to understand but I succeeded with telephone assistance.

Beautifully located in the heart of the city, surrounded by wonderful places to eat, drink and relax. The room was spacious, well equipped and easily became home from home for the week.

It was difficult to sleep because of the noise from the street outside. . It continued untill one or two o’clock at night. I checked that the restaurants were closed at eleven o’clock but there were groups of noisy people after that spending time and talking loudly.

The room was very comfortable and nice and clean. There was an elevator.

The restaurant area only open for breakfast. Bed duvet / doona needs replacing maybe been washed too many times. Needs a clothes drying rack

If you are light sleeper like I am, this might not be the place for you. Bar / evening sounds will be heard loudly to the room.

Amazing room on the perfect spot in the city. Big, well fitted will all the things you need in a room. The possibility to watch TV on bed is superior.

Slightly weird that there’s no staff in the hotel. You have to phone to get access and somehow the doors are opened remotely. Not a problem but a bit unsettling.

The breakfast was ok but there was no option for non dairy and there were only 3 tiny pieces of bacon to split between 2 people - also no juice available.

Huge room with a kitchenette and private bathroom. Very clean and modern. The breakfast was good but needed a few tweaks (3 tiny pieces of bacon for 2 people and no juice)

a fussy online check-in procedure that started the day before and involved no human interaction apart from telephone call questions, such as as Wi-Fi code and where to have breakfast, then have to involve more texts and messages

There are only public paid parking facilities in walking distance which is not that praticle. The fact that a 'live' checkin is only possible until 12:00 and afterwards only remote does not make a checkin very personal. Breakfast was excellent would only recommend to add a fresh (orange) juice to the options. Would have preferred a breakfast earlier than the earliest 08:00.

Spacious and comfortable room in a small scaled Hotel-Apartment ajoined a cute little square in the centre of Zwolle. Excellent continental breakfast. Friendly staff reacts quick on communications by phone or WhatsApp (and in the breakfast room in the morning).

price rather high for one night without breakfast. we did not need the pantry but the collection of utensils, pans, crockery looked really poor.

It is not really a hotel, more like a lunch-room renting out rooms on the side.

Great location in the historic center and close to bars and restaurants. I got a free upgrade, to a bigger room.

The hotel is ideally located in Zwolle old city centre, on a very nice square, full of bars and restaurants. The room I stayed was huge, basically a small apartment, and very comfortable.

Mattress was thin and pillows not as comfortable. TV was make-shift and felt out of place.

Walking distance to most attractions in Zwolle. But it’s a pretty small city. Room was spacious and clean.

We liked everything.

A lovely clean, well equipped modern apartment. Very comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom. Excellent location. The perfect place to stay in the heart of Zwolle.
