The location is excellent. The view from the window is good. The facilities are good (please fix the drying rack). Kitchen and bath tub. Very good!

The walls are too thin and you hear the roomates, you can not really open the door to yhe window, it was hard to find in the city, was not too clean, chek out is at 10:00- was too early

The description and communication with the host was not there which made it hard to arrange parking which was in the description and also provided number was switched off. There were also cockroaches in the room. Kitchen had no windows.

The arrangement for the key was good, there were sheets and towels available.

First of all - provided telephone number in the offer is always turned off. Staff does not exist - literally, you do not meet anyone, everything you perform on your own e.g. taking a key from safe (you receive the code on some point). This won't be an issue if you are aware of this, unfortunately I was not, and the staff does not answer. I received such email 1h before my check-in time - this is so frustrating. Also, it is not possible to leave your luggage before you receive the code.

Bed is comfortable, location is great - city centre, however it is a bit hidden among other buildings, making it rather quite (as for city centre, of course).

Even though there was a cleaner every day, the bathroom was veery dirty. First I saw shaved hair and yellow dots. Owner of the place claimed that its not his fault at all if other people left it dirty, as they clean every day. But then bugs showed up (and I cast a doubt that a guest left them there) !!!! I dont recommend to use their bathroom often, if you dont want to catch up some infection. The water tap was also dirty as you can see from pics.

Location was excellent and the value of money. The only two pluses of this place.

Spend EUR 5 to replace the showerhead at least and clean the bathroom fan and address the hole in the bathroom ceiling. Room 1 windows don’t fully close so it’s noisy. Linens feel like all of Europe already used them.

Overpriced, very small, "renovated" means used the cheapest materials, bathroom dirty, bed is very instabil even for my 60 kg, loud neighbors (on the upper floors). This is basically a room in a sovietic building where all types of people cross, so next time I rather look for something comfortable for me alone in advance or I go to hostel. It looks like the owners just want to press so much money out of this apartment as possible.

Very noisy. I heard the voices in the next floor even in the middle of the night they are chatting. And the room is very very hot. The sunrise pass through inside the room. Not comfortable, not relaxing room

There were Cockroaches and Mario Rooms simply shrugged and didn't seem surprised by this. If you have a bug problem you should fix the problem not simply think its part and parcel of owning a hotel. Don't tell your customers that at least its not bed bugs! See picture.

My Friends sister stayed at Mario Rooms - she had fled Ukraine and needed a safe place in Warsaw for some nights so she could decide what to do next. Mario Rooms accepted her late into the night - this I appreciated.

Very old and smells of smoke on the hall way, I almost vomited. The rooms were cold I had to sleep with my jacket on. The radiators are under the windows not so clever having old windows like those.

I never had such as bad experience. There was not keys in the locker! And someone else was in my room. And all the others room were locked. Fortunately other girls were really nice and let me to stay on the floor in the corridor covered by towels! I managed to contact host just around 1.30am! And after 40 mim him checking my booking he did agree to give me keys to other room. I managed to sleep 2 hours! I said to host that this is not acceptable he was really rude telling me that all complains I should direct to booking as he is not obligated at all to help me in the middle of the night.

For me was no inconveniences. But just in case - the apartment is basically the room in 3-room flat with shared kitchen and bathroom.

Nice room for one-two nights. Good location. No need to check-in, which makes your arrival time flexible.
