I liked all of the experiences I had at the Klezmer Haus. The restaurant is excellent as well as the music.

Klezmer Haus is a fascinating place to stay. Staff was great, and it is very centrally located to all of the sights in the old Jewish quarter of the city?

Would have liked a kettle in the room. After a busy day would be nice to have a cuppa. There is the option of buying one downstairs.

Unusual hotel in the heart of the Jewish quarter. Beautiful big apartment. Comfortable bed.

Only real problem was the traffic noise overnight/early morning, particularly the trams which seemed to start about 5.30am! We had a room facing the main road rather than the square and had to have window slightly open for fresh air at night so that obviously made it noisier. However that didn't really spoil our stay and all in all loved it!

The quirkiness and period features, a sense of stepping back in time! Staff and facilities were great!

One thing which would of been helpful. However we could get tea and coffee down stairs but would of liked a kettle and fridge in the room.

It was in a great location. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and cosy. The breakfast was filling and plenty of it. Bathroom was modern. The music was good definitely worth booking while staying here.

    The bed was really creaky

Everything was nearly totally perfect! Breakfast was super nice with everything you needed. Within a lovely Jewish bookstore, it smelled lovely. Nice little gestures as new bottled water every day. Freshly brewed Cappuccino and scrambled eggs on order..Such a great stay!🙏

    Nothing to complain about really.

So full of character! It was like we just went back in time. Beautiful antique furniture but still everything kept in perfect condition. Beautiful and spacious room, very comfortable bed! I had one of the best night sleeps ever! Staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing was an issue that couldn’t be resolved with the smile. Thank you for an amazing time!

The atmosphere!!! You feel like in jewish tavern on the road to somewere. Worth taking breakfast as it was delicious with unexpected elements!!! We ordered the room the same day, so upon arrival in the afternoon it took some time for employees to assign us the room. The room was with two single beds and really small (ordered large twin bed and there were photos of biger room). Staying there you must be ready to dive to another culture. Those piles of books etc. in the corridor - not usual elements. However the stay was pleasant and it was enriching experience!

The internet was poor but understandable with the age of building. It was not a dealbreaker as we enjoyed the hotel and tours.

We were impressed with the historical aspects of the hotel. Our room was an apartment size with comfortable mattress and new bedding. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Lastly the neighborhood is whimsical.

There is no lift as it is an old building. We were on top floor. It’s not ideal for people with mobility/respiratory issues. However, this did not spoil our stay.

The location in the historic Kazimierz district. The architecture of hotel. The room size and the furnishings. The ample breakfast taken in a beautiful dining room.

It would have been great to have some books in english, since I do not speak polish. I would have for sure bought more books then.

It feels like being back <= 100 years, I loved the old furniture and tapestries, the books, the feeling as if you were in the house of an old aunt that you are visiting. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was beyond anything I have experienced before, even in 5 star hotels. Dinner with all the delightful jewish dishes and the klezmer music was like a dream.

Bathroom is in a separate room but it's still your own personal bathroom as you have the key and it's numbered the same as your room . It's a very old fashioned building so cant be helped so it wouldn't stop me staying again, it's just not ideal to have to leave your room everytime you need the bathroom and use a key especially during the night walking across the corridor. This isnt a complaint just an observation really.

Had a very homely feel to it . Staff were friendly and gave a great variety for breakfast. Wasn't a bad location either. Beds were comfy and room and bathroom clean .

The breakfast, which really also was great, didn't really fall into our liking, but there was fruit, youghurt, bread, cake - everything good and classic.

Amazing hotel! Such a beautiful, old place, filled with history! Books around every corner, heavy, colourfull carpets. The room was very cozy, and oldschool, and the bathing facilities was new and lovely. Exceptional location in the very heart of the old jewish quarters!
