Located in the Sierra Foothills adjacent to Mariposa Arts Park, this hotel is 32 miles from the west entrance of Yosemite National Park which provides access to the valley floor and waterfalls. the location was great, just an hour drive to Yosemite. the room was comfortable and clean, but it had a bit of a smell - it could also use some renovation.

Situated in Mariposa, 48 km from Yosemite South Entrance, Mariposa Lodge features accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking and a garden. I did a 3,5 weeks long roadtrip and stayed in multiple hotels/hostels/motels, a different one almost every day. Mariposa Lodge was the best of all of them. It was so good, that I rearranged my schedule to stay there for another night. You need 1 hour to drive to yosemite. It is in the middle of the town, so everything you need is in walking distance. My favorite thing was the heater in the bathroom. Even in the 5 star Hilton resort hotel, they didn't have that. Also they provided Earplugs for the night.

Adjacent to Yosemite Area Rapid Transit Service (YARTS) and 30 minutes’ drive from Yosemite National Park entrance, this lodge offers BBQ facilities. Returned to Bear Creek Cabins after 8 years, still the best value for the money in the area. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the porch in the morning sun. The beds were comfy and the room has everything you might need.

Located within 28 km of Vernal Falls and 29 km of Glacier Point in Yosemite West, YoBee! Park Reservation Included! Nice location. I was satisfied with the warm cosy feeling the house gave us. We arrived at night, but it was easy to find the location. We took a good rest at a clean and warm place.

Little Valley Inn features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Mariposa. The property was perfectly located - 5 mins walk to a shop & restaurant, 5 mins drive to the nearest town and 60 mins drive from Yosemite NP. Our room was clean and well equipped and the hosts very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really well thought out - either stay and eat or grab and go - everything was packaged up to make things really easy and made for a great start to the day having breakfast in Yosemite. We asked about gold panning in the area and the host kindly obliged with a gold panning kit to take down the creek behind the hotel - bucket list of 52 years ticked off, thanks so much!
