Cape Cod Veranda asub mereäärses linnas South Yarmouth, 1,9 km kaugusel West Dennise rannast. Room was clean and linens smelled fresh and clean (most important to me). Nice sized table in room for work or take-out dinner inside. Individual picnic tables for each room, and nice shared fire pit in rear. Breakfast was quaint and perfect for a light continental breakfast. The owners were on site and kind and friendly; check-in and out was simple and quick. The location is ideal for anywhere on the cape from the middle on. Wonderful for pets.

This motel is a gem! The staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are so clean and well maintained. The facilities were great! A large indoor swimming pool. Comfortable beds and sofa bed. Modern fridge and microwave and coffee machine. Complimentary coffee and tea is also available in reception each morning.

Boasting an on-site dog park, this pet-friendly property is located in North Truro. Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool and tennis court. The location was perfect. Out of the way of the more busy area but within minutes. Beautiful ocean view. Loved the dog park.

We stayed here for a couple of days during our New England road trip and really enjoyed staying at Surf & Sand Beach Motel. The location is close to anything you need and perfect to seek out all the neighbouring towns and explore the Cape Cod area. Besides a nice (heated) outdoor pool it has a beautiful private beach and wonderful breeze. The outdoor shower is overlooking the beach. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The rooms have a kitchenette (with pots, pans, glassware etc.) and all have a view of the ocean with either a patio or balcony. The view of Nantucket Sound is awesome! Our room cleanliness was immaculate. Staff was absolutely lovely and very informative. The Surf & Sand Beach Motel is a great affordable place to stay. Thank you to all at the motel 😊
