Sabiedriskais transports nav opcija jeb ir, bet ar nežēlīgi lielu laika patēriņu. Restorānā, bārā vakaros daudz vietējo cilvēku, draudzīga atmosfēra. Kopumā patika- dēļ restorāna, bāra un personāla ir vērts atgriezties.

Situated in Godalming and within 16 km of Frensham Great Pond and Common, The Rose & Crown has a bar, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. Close to station. Beautiful building. Management and staff were lovely. Food and drink were great and prices were reasonable, the rooms were modern and clean, facilities were working and we had no issues during our stay. Only thing is is your really tall you will hit your head on the low door ways , there should be a rolling counter to show the amount of times some one bonks their heads! The village is lovely to walk around and the river walk is a must do, really peaceful and spotting the wildlife was fun. On a Sunday nothing is open besides the pubs. Come week days it’s quite lively. 10/10 I didn’t want to leave Godalming ☺️

We had a lovely stay at the Swann Inn and would highly recommend it! Our room was clean, newly renovated, and quiet, the restaurant served great food, and the location was a short walk from the train station. Our experience with the staff was exceptional - they were all very friendly and helped us sort a lost luggage situation which was such a relief.
