Victoria was amazing! We arrived later in the evening, but she was there to let us in. The room was lovely! I especially appreciated how clean everything was, the spacious bathroom, and the coffee amenities they had in the room. We loved having breakfast at the Brambles Cafe the next morning. The staff was wonderful, and the whole stay was a delight. Inveraray was a pleasant surprise!

Beautiful location, lovely room with thick carpets, a comfortable bed, and a decent sized shower, and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious. The on-site bar and restaurant were friendly and welcoming.

The continental breakfast was great, everything you could ask for and more!! There was a fridge in the room + a large freestanding fan. A lovely little touch of bottles of water cooling in the fridge for us too. So much tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. We will definitely be back.
