Steve and Wendy are the perfect hosts. The Sunday carvery is to die for. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

Set in Dorchester and with Golden Cap reachable within 29 km, The Greyhound Inn offers a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. They had 'Becks' on tap, the food was excellent and the staff delightful!

Could not have been more central to the sites of interest of the town. Very spacious room with a good bathroom with excellent facilities. Welcoming items in the room included freshly ground coffee in a sealed jar and delicious filled and coated brandysnaps. We were invited to join the monthly quiz. Great fun and local teams made us welcome. Good breakfast in the morning with variety on offer with a focus on local produce. Evening meal was very good and also unusual with tapas-style dishes of Italian style cooking. Recommended. We shall return.

Able to arrive late without a problem. Great communication prior to staying. Fabulous breakfast - we have lots of allergies in our family and this was all catered for excellently - a rarity. Friendly, helpful staff.
