The Fox and Grapes is a luxury B&B with views across Wimbledon Common, offering classic British dishes and free Wi-Fi throughout, 9 miles from the heart of London.

The B&B is a 5-minute drive from the centre of Wimbledon, including shops and the railway station.

Greeted with the smell of Sunday roast, had travelled from Dorset so had not really eaten, was shown to a gorgeous room, coffee machine, fridge with milk, yogurts fruit, bottles of water and orange juice, plus in the morning there is a basket of cereals, miniature croissants with jams and honey brought outside of my room, dinner was roast pork and veg, gravy and apple sauce, I am sorry Mum, but this was the most tenderest pork and best roast dinner of my life! The glass of Malbec wine I had was gorgeous and so was the brandy on the rocks I took to bed with me, thoroughly recommend here, what charming hosts and locals. 🦋

Parts of the Dukes Head Inn date back to Victorian times. It is in the pretty and historic town of Richmond upon Thames, less than 16 km from central London.

Everything. But specially the crew, all very nice. We really feel to be home and cosy. The pub is very quiet and the food is good. Great to watch a football game after a long day of walks in Kew Gardens or Richmond Park. We love it.

Around 15-20 minutes’ drive from Heathrow Airport, The Swan Inn Pub in Isleworth offers en suite rooms and free Wi-Fi access. This west London pub is 3 miles from Richmond Park and Kew Gardens.

Each room has a flat-screen TV and tea and coffee facilities. Rooms have either an en suite or private bathroom, with shower and complimentary toiletries.

Highly recommended! Very clean and comfortable. Historic pub with recently remodeled rooms, in a quaint residential area. The beds with spring mattresses were extremely comfortable and the room was warm (end of January). The staff was friendly and helpful. The barmaid was also funny, friendly and a pleasure to speak with. Hot croissants and chocolate rolls, along with toast, jam/marmalade, small cereal boxes and yogurt, made for a perfect breakfast. A walk to the nearest train station is 30 minutes away or a five minute Uber ride for about 8 pounds.

The cosy en suite rooms are in the recently converted barn next door to the pub. A full a la carte breakfast is included when you book. José Pizarro The Swan Inn features free WiFi and each room comes with TV and complimentary tea and coffee.

The Swann Inn, an unforgettable experience. Six italian guys (three husbands and there wives) gone to London for a long week end; found the Swan Inn of Jose Pizarro almost casually by internet (not really at London but very next to the railway station of Claygate – around 30 minutes to get to Waterloo), it has been a very very good surprise. Quite a high standard compared to our previous similar arrangements, seen an incredible environment of green and quiet green lawns, a really cosy pub where you can drink special beer and taste good food, with annexed nice bedrooms, not much wide but clean and comfortable indeed); not mentioning an incredibly professional and friendly staff: great Mr. Michael and his wife, together the other boys and girls, one better than the other ! For sure our next holiday in London won't miss The swan Inn !!!

Location was great, but I found that the breakfast was a little cold, I like the plate to be warm. Feel the kitchen is quite away from the dinning room so the food was just warm not hot. Breakfast this morning was a little bit all over the place, no dishes available, waiting longer, breakfast items not being replaced until asked. Staff were lovely just seamed they find it difficult to cope with more than two tables😩

Returning once again to our favourite London hotel! Lovely comfy beds, great breakfast and dinner, wonderfully accommodating of three children. We love the close proximity of the Thames walks, shopping at Kingston and a short walk to get in to town by train. Perfect.

The building was beautiful and the grounds were lovely although due to rainy weather we didn’t get much time to enjoy the outside. Beds were comfortable and we liked the coffee machine in the room. Nice shower. Food at dinner was tasty and well cooked and the full english breakfast was good too. The staff are sweet. It was my son’s birthday and the waitress and waiter at dinner brought out a complimentary pudding for him with a candle and sang happy birthday which was kind.
