Nick was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was a quiet week so had the whole place to myself, but everything I needed was at the hostel/bunkhouse. Basic breakfast available for a cheap price, good WiFi, beautiful nature surroundings and quiet so I could get a good night's sleep. Good budget accommodation to stay for a few nights. Hexham is a 17 minutes drive with bus, the bus came only every second hour, but was always on time, so getting back and forth was relatively easy.

Superb location for ghose on Hadrian's Wall path. Run by hotel across the street, so there is no staff at hostl at any time, which is fine. Super clean, and they provide towels shich is a bonus. Has bus stops close by if needed for easy access
