Beautiful home with friendly hosts and a beautiful bedroom overlooking garden. Fantastic location for Kew Gardens and also short walk or bus to Richmond. Highly recommend especially to recover following a long haul flight.

There was no breakfast available, but we coped. The room was very basic, but adequate. The mattresses were excellent. The hotel was clean, the bed linen and towels were impeccable and the staff very friendly and obliging. The location of the hotel was exactly where we wanted to be. We would like to stay there again. NB no lift and lots of stairs, but we had a lower ground floor room, so not a problem. No luggage racks. A very enjoyable stay and our sincere thanks to Ian and his team. Susan Battersby

Location was in a neighborhood that was also close to neighborhood shopping. It was also close to the train station and bus stop. Paul is a very gracious host and eager to answer any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The location itself is quite nice; you feel safe, and there's a place to take a stroll (Richmond Park). The room is good, your own separate space, an excellent bed—I slept like on a cloud. Having a kitchen is a great plus; you can cook something on your own and save on food if you want to travel on a budget. Overall, it's a pretty good option for budget trips, especially if you're ready to travel a distance.

Iuliana is an awesome person. We arrived late because of the trip and she was very attentive. She's a very generous and sociable person. Her cats are lovely and they are very good! The lodging is very comfortable and is situated in a good area with underground station, cafes, supermarket, parks, etc. very near. Our stay was great and we highly recommend her.
