Absolutely first class, an amazing start to our trip in Japan! The staff went above and beyond from the minute we arrived (which was quite late!). Tye shared communal space was a plus too, being able to have a morning coffee before setting out on our travels for the day was amazing. I cannot reccomend this place enough, all the staff were proficient in English and reccomending places. I will absolutely be returning if I am in the area!

If you’re a social person and want to make friends while staying in Tokyo, this is the spot. I’m so happy I chose to stay here. Makoto-san (along with his staff) was a wonderful host, kind, friendly, and helpful. He organized a lot of fun social gatherings, and created a very welcoming social environment. The guesthouse is kept clean, and everyone is respectful about helping keep it that was.

Very convenient & clean property! The host KAZUKI is amazingly friendly. Japanese-styled bath is a bonus ^_^ The sound of trains are not quite bothering to us. We have good rest there

The owner was extremely helpful! He gave us recommendations on where to eat (izakayas) and drink when asked! The location is in a nice and quiet location, and of course, next to convinis. There's also a relatively close location for laundry and if you need directions the owner has handouts on the whereabouts. ALSO I LOVE THE OWNER SO MUCH- he offered us cute goodie bags and also offered one of my friends a suitcase because she was carrying around lots of heavy bags 😭

The owner Satochi did a great job for a relatively small space, very cozy and pretty. He is also very kind and always ready to help and give information.

The room is beautiful, with private terrace and traditional Japanese furnishings. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and great to meet our hosts and other travellers. The location is a nice escape from the busy Tokyo but still very close to the subway station. We wish we could have stayed longer.
