The hosts - very friendly, helpful and clearly wanted to do everything they could to ensure that I had a good stay. The property was lovely, on a quiet side street a few minutes walk from Kew underground and 10-15 mins walk from Kew Gardens and the River Thames. There was a kettle, fridge, microwave and cutlery/crockery in my room so I was able to prepare my own breakfast.

Stayed here with family. Cheapest I could find for London for my dates. I see alot of negative reviews. Look in my opinion you get what you pay for. I wanted somewhere cheap and to put the head down as we were out all day everyday. This fulfilled it. Its an apartment in your everyday street. We never used gardens etc. Have everything you needed. If we visited London again Id stay here no problem. Great location to Richmond centre and train station and shops. Hosts were very helpful and great communication befofe and throughout my stay.
