The location is very good near the station, and the room was clean complete with amenities. We had such an amazing stay and Akira-san kept our luggage for safekeeping after checkout, and even brought our bags to Shinjuku so we didn't have to worry about our luggage before our flight. We definitely recommend this to everyone who is looking to stay in Tokyo. We had a very pleasant and amazing stay. Thank you Akira-san and staff, we are thankful for the service and your present! 🙇

We picked Keio Plaza’s Premier Grand as the Premier Grand rooms and club lounge were refurbished just a few years ago, and we certainly weren’t disappointed. The club lounge was the height of elegance, with a breakfast and tea time of a much higher quality than similar hotels we’ve stayed at. The rooms were similarly elegant, fairly luxurious and understated. The basic amenities were immaculate, and it provided a luxurious comfort expected of a 5* hotel club floor room. Would happily return.

The location is perfect with excellent transport links and a massive array of restaurants and bars nearby.

This property was excellent! Very clean, comfy beds and had everything we needed. The shower and bathroom were very nice. The whole room was spacious and loved that it had a washer and dryer.
