First of all we loved Claudia! She is the best host one can ever hope for. The B&B is super clean. Room was comfortable. Loved the location of too. The place is 2-3 mins away from the closest station on foot. The train leaves every 30mins to Victoria station. The whole ride there is about 20mins. Nearby, there is a Sainsbury's and a Tesco extra as well, but smaller grocery shops can be found here too. We went to two awesome pubs in the vicinity of the B&B - "The Railway", just by station, serves great food, has a nice garden. The other one is called "The Bull" - this is 10-13min away. Worth the walk, don't miss it. We'll be definitely going back next time we travel to London.

The owner communicated really well answered all questions and even put the baby's bed up for us. small touches like milk in fridge and cereal. overall very good stay.

Very comfortable and clean place, very attentive host. Welcome snacks and water. The apartment has coffee, tea, sugar, salt, toaster, kettle, cosmetics, ironing board, wine glass... There are several bus lines nearby that provide easy access to the city center. A perfect place for those who do not want to cook in the apartment.

Spacious, across 3 floors - great garden as had a chair and table which was convenient. Wasn’t spotless when we arrived BUT we didn’t care - we were a large group and were out for the day. The host was very forgiving when our music was loud, though we weren’t partying- just had gotten carried away- so we were grateful for his kindness when he called to ask us to simply turn it down. Location wise, we had to walk to get the bus as no Ubers would dispatch to this area? And the tubes weren’t on on that day. The walk to the bus was not far. For groups this is a great place to stay !

We have been working in the area (Camberwell/Brixton) for a few months and this property was excellent. Definitely one of the best we have stopped at in the same price bracket. Informative hosts. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect location next to transport and shops and a beautiful courtyard that feels like an oasis in the middle of streatham 😊

The location is perfect and easy to find, very close to a railway stations and bus stops, there are some shops to buy food if needed. The host was very hospitable, the room was clean, offered us some space in his fridge for our food, the bed was so comfortable. Me and my boyfriend would choose this place again if we come back to London. <3
