The staff were kind and patient and just generally amazing. Breakfast had loads of options. The room was warm and ready for us, perfect after a long day of travel. The room was amazing and much bigger than I expected. Very clean and comfy. I was there for a concert in the area and it was perfect, literally next to the Ovo Wembley Arena. Also the Wembley Park area was very nice, if you're in London for a concert I would totally recommend it.

Staff was amazing, assisted with all our questions. Apartment is clean and nice, but a bit cold. We asked for a heater and is helped. Location is good, 10 mins walk to an underground station and it’s easy and fast to go to the city centre.
