Beautiful staff the lady on the reception in the morning recommended us some amazing places to go around as it was our first time in Melbourne. Made our experience wholesome. Located at 33 Spencer Street Melboourne,Grand Hotel Melbourne is a historic Melbourne icon offering fully self-contained apartments with a modern kitchen. We got an upgraded room to 2 bedrooms. It was very spacious room with kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet on ground floor and 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor + 1 bathroom. The room is clean and the location is near Yarra river where you can find many nice restaurants. Staff was very helpful in booking the restaurant for us and also arranged a taxi to the airport on our departure day. We definitely be back again.

Staff and concierge are super helpful with quick response to my questions and wait for us to settle in when we were late check in at 8pm.
