The facility was fine the customer support terrible. I had originally made a reservation for 5 days but changed to 3. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 months. The site does not respond to request for confirmation from Booking.com. I have tried to call the hotel many times but they never answer the phone

Nice hotel and staff, a bit dated but the price was great for 4 nights. We were in town for some medical treatments for my wife and I needed to work remotely in the room. We enjoyed spending time at the 1732 Folke Stone Bed & Breakfast, with its open front porch, side deck, and beautiful property. We went to Longwood Gardens for a day, and we went to the Stroud Nature Preserve - both great experiences! Roxanne at the front desk was quick checking us in, she helped us find restaurants and kept us laughing! The girls that cleaned our rooms always did a great job and left extra of anything we asked for. At night hotel was quite so we did sleep well. I will definitely stay here next time we visit family.
