Fabulous location. Beautiful Rockaway beach right in front. Cute seaside town. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel staff were friendly and recommended local nice restaurant, but I specifically asked housekeeping lady to clean the room but they didn't. This is the 2nd hotel that happened. Cutting staff but not prices ? The hot tub and sauna were not working, disappointing but at front desk it said full refund if not happy. Better to mention this on website please. Pool was cold.
