OMG the beds are just so comfortable - just like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect with everything being in walking distance. Whilst on the corner of busy Lombard Street, the traffic and street noise did not bother us. Would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to revisit San Francisco.

The room was large and comfortable with excellent air conditioning. The hotel is ideally placed for all the North Bay attractions and is handily placed at the end of the f line street car. The staff were excellent.
