I believe the name of the employee that check is in at the front desk was Angela. I apologize if that is incorrect, however She was AMAZING! she was very professional and kind. She was working with a customer that wasn’t pleased with a company cancellation policy and she was very kind to the customer, through the customer wasn’t kind to her.

We visited Terra Haute to pick out a new puppy and to also enjoy a very quiet getaway, just the 2 of us. We did enjoy a couple of movies out plus several meals at restaurants. But the best part was just how relaxed and QUIET this hotel was!
We have reservations to return in 2 weeks to stay at the Sleep Inn and then bring our then 8-week-old pup home to our house in Illinois.
We would heartily recommend this Inn to anyone! And the price was awesome!

Terre Haute is a convenient place to stay when passing through Indiana. There are lots of hotels right off the interstate and plenty of restaurants and gas stations. We have stayed here many times and will continue to. We like to eat at the Olive Garden when in Terre Haute.

La Quinta was the Worst hotel experience my family has had ever. Least accommodating hotel and staff I’ve ever seen. 0/10 would not recommend. There are 3 other hotels literally next door, save yourself some money and discomfort and choose one of the others.

At this time, I will not go back there.
At this time, I will not go back there. We were forgotten all 3 days we stayed there and had to go to get towels, toilet paper, coffee, never did anything to out room, not even empty trash. Our refrigerator did not work and we called about it the first night, they idn't even come check it. All the vendor machines were empty because of the kids running rapid all through the halls ,pool and hot tub. We couldn't even use the pool all 3 days, and the last day te hot tub was closed beacause it was a cloudy yellowish color, probably from all the kids. I was vey dissappointed in my stay and I have goe to this Holiday in for over 8 years. Never again.

We were in town for Rose-Hulman homecoming so the hotel was packed but staff did an excellent job handling guests. I liked the selection of different restaurants and the park down by the riverfront is beautiful.
I had a wonderful weekend. Everything on point. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. I was so surprised that the carpets were well kept. There was no musky smell in the room or hallways. That is a plus for me. Because I have stayed in good hotels that their carpets smell gross. But over all the stay was great. This will be my new spot when I visit Terre Haute. Everything was very accommodating for me. Also, the kitchen staff she was amazing.
It’s an older hotel and it shows, but I’d stay there again. Rooms have not been updated in a while, but at $80+/- a night you’re saving a hundred bucks compared to a Marriott. I decided to stay to save a few dollars this trip and I was not disappointed. plenty of hot water for the shower/tub and the staff was very friendly - from front desk to the cleaners. I’d rate the breakfast better than several hotels that cost less than $200.
The staff was extremely helpful. My sister, who suffers from dementia, left a gift bag at the front desk, and the staff picked it up and saved it for us until we came back through Terre Haute a week later. The bag contained some very important family heirlooms. Thank you so much for keeping the bag safe!
Room was perfect and well suited for an elderly person with plenty of grab bars by shower and toilet to help up. the continental breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel . It was hot, fresh and well kept with several choices of breakfast options.
Location and the original wide and authentic building stairs. Also furnished kitchen (full size refrigerator and cooking supplies. Very clean, will stay there again! Very pleased with hotel ! Ca
Staff was immediately welcoming and the hot food for dinner waiting for us was an added bonus. Pool and spa was clean and welcoming and the room was wonderful. This location was 10/10
The property was not in the best area by far, but it was very clean an well maintained, the room was super clean and the bathroom was well stocked, had a bit of an odor though.
The location was good, very central to downtown Terre Haute. The breakfast was minimal, we had hoped for some fresh fruit. The setting, surrounded by green areas, was lovely.
