I arrived at the venue at midnight, as informed in my booking, and there was no one at the reception to support me.
There was a notice at reception to call number 500 to request support. I called several times and no one answered, I only heard an automatic message to leave a message for quality evaluation purposes.
I could not use my reservation because there was no local support.
I was very disappointed not to be able to rest with my family after almost 400 miles driving.
And the situation was even worse because at that time I did not find another hotel available and had to follow my trip without rest.
For these reasons the place should return the amount paid for the reservation that I could not use due to the reasons described above.
The stay at Days Inn Sellersburg was absolutely disgusting.
The stay at Days Inn Sellersburg was absolutely disgusting. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana And was dirty. The stairs had spilled coffee and was not cleaned up. The halls were dirty, my room had stains on the blankets, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, the shower dripped constantly, the breakfast was terrible, consisted of just toast and cold cereal which they called a continental breakfast, I reported this to the front desk and they said they didn’t care. That they had the last 2 days off, nothing they can do about it! I would not recommend staying here! Parking was very limited, I had to park across the street in the other hotel parking lot. I stayed there 2 nights for Thunder and it ruined my entire weekend! DON’T LET IT RUIN YOUR STAY! TAKE MY WORD, STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND FULL OF DRUGS!

If you're looking for a low-priced accommodation where everything works, cleanliness is phenomenal, breakfast is decent, and staff really cares...don't pass this one by. This is the best value I've gotten in a low-priced motel in years!

Several hotels in this area, but most with lesser ratings than this one. I choose this location as it was just a bit north of Louisville and I did not want to be impacted in the morning with commuter traffic.

I came to visit my daughter while she had her baby- yet I had to work the whole time! IT Was AN ADVENTURE FOR SURE! Sellersburg offers everything you could want right off of the interstate. Yet Maintains the small town feel-welcoming and kind population.

I was in town for a funeral and had visitations on Saturday and Sunday. Didn't see or visit many places in Sellersburg. Had pizza for dinner one night. The rest of the food meals were covered by breakfast at the motel and meal provided by friend's family. Watched a lot of TV.
It was fairly quiet. The only thing that sucked was the “continental breakfast”. One of the reasons why I booked this particular hotel was for the free continental breakfast. I don’t think a brown bag with a bottle of water a muffin and applesauce was a continental breakfast. There’s no reason why I can go to a fully open restaurant but yet can’t get a continental breakfast at a hotel. Using Covid as an excuse when restaurants are open, was a poor decision on your part. It was very disappointing.
Breakfast was simple but good, only hot option is a pancake machine. All options are carbs - Bages, Bread, Cereal, and some simple dairy products like yogurt. Front desk folks were nice, and really the most positive thing is the value of the stay that we got relative to other hotels in the area.
I like the location, I was also impressed how clean and nice the lobby was. Booking a hotel in a third party you're never sure of the location of its in a good neighborhood or not. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. I would stay here again if we are in the area again.
The bathroom was clean. There was a mini fridge. Air conditioning worked. You know, just the basic necessities that all hotels should have. Other than that, everything sucked. I’ll explain more about it in the next box.
I had previously stayed at Days INN and was honestly scared for my life. BUT THEN I FOUND QUALITY INN!! THE BEST PLACE TO STAY- whether vacationing or-working!
Thanks to the front desk staff at check-in and checkout!
There were several young men in the hotel, seemingly playing in a tournament. They were all so well-behaved. Their families and coaches should be proud. The room was fine for a night.
