Good location for us,came from Florida for a senior graduation 🎓,our grandson graduated from McNeil HS . Comfortable, building is old but our room was clean and we had what was needed. We got in town earlier than expected and I called to see if we could get in our room sooner and they told us anytime after noon,which was perfect,we got in about 12:30! Everything. When first arriving I didn’t notice that there wasn’t any shower shower curtain inside the room and the stove for the kitchen did not work one bit. I contacted the front desk about it and they didn’t do anything about the stove. I also let them know that I did not get any shower curtain and the front desk told me that it is in the laundry and will be deliver to my room once it’s clean. I’ve waited two days after yet no shower curtain so I found a clean one on the day that I was leaving and still didn’t even use it. Front desk were friendly but didn’t accommodate what I need due to the housekeeping didn’t do their job. The door never worked at the back and it took about 20 tries to get the key to work, most of the time I had to walk to my room. The price that I paid was not worth the price, unless you wanna live with a bunch of cockroaches and I also have video of the cockroach that was in my room and I let the front desk know about it but they didn’t do anything about it. I’ve definitely would never ever come back to the hotel.

We came to Round Rock because our grandson was in the St. David's Round Rock Medical Center hospital there. We didn't go anywhere except between the hotel and hospital and fast-food, (What-a-Burger) to eat, so I don't know too much about the town. I didn't like having to cross the interstate between the hotel and hospital, especially with toll roads between our destinations which were only 3-5 miles apart. We are unfamiliar with the area and kept missing our exits and had to turn around and go through the tolls again.Olson - 6.0Scored 6.0

Size of the room would have made it very difficult to have 2 adults in the room. I was traveling with a small child so that wasn't to bad. I changed my initial review based on the discovery of theft committed by the hotel room service by the server from the hotel restaurant, Bar Louie. I paid cash and the server reported it as no payment so I was also charged on my credit card by the hotel. The hotel and on-site restaurant, Bar Louie are accessories to this theft. If you stay here, do not use the room service and I would not pay with credit card at the restaurant due to the risk of fraudulent behavior and theft.

Our room felt like everything was brand new, the hotel just remodeled. We felt safe and relaxed the entire stay. Would definitely book again. The hotel is located near many shopping centers and close to so many exciting places. Our family had a wonderful stay all weekend.
