The hotel is stunning, as was our room. It's so private and wasn't too busy while we were there mid May. Staff are amazing, right from the minute we walked through the door, we were made to feel so welcome. Bathroom was lovely, fantastic facilities. The shower was great, loved the fact there was a bath and the toiletries provided were lush.
Outside of the hotel, the boardwalk is literally a two minute walk away and there are some great local restaurants. Everyone we met in Asbury Park was really friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back!

Love the restaurants and the pier. We come every year!! We love the Tiki Var at Ocean Place. Love the Paella at The Avenue! Love the chocolate at the chocolate shop. The Greek restaurant is amazing! I should want to recommend this highly just for the location...
I should want to recommend this highly just for the location alone, but the inadequacies of the hotel relative to the price tier are leaving me somewhat befuddled. Guess they just aren't putting in effort because they know people (including my family) would book at $600/night to be in the location despite poor/indifferent reviews. Room sweltering hot . More than 2 other travelers I spoke to shared that their AC unit was not functional. Elevator down on a busy holiday weekend? Pool heater conveniently not working? (Almost 90 degrees outside and hardly anyone in the pool - Would think they'd prioritize outdoor with rising covid cases presently). We had an amazing time. The beautiful views, walk to the amazing restaurants with so many food options, ice cream shops, arcades and lots of shopping!!!!!! Once you arrive, you never need your car until you checkout!

I liked that it was within walking distance or a quick ride to all necessities. The beach was beautiful and right there in front. I can’t say enough about this hotel it was cleaned and sterilized the rooms are spectacular the staff so warm kind and welcoming and also helped me deal with extra days for staying so to an emergency !! I will definitely be back

Long Branch has a great small boardwalk with excellent restaurants and fun places to be. I recommend highly Le Avenue for your very nice night out. Beautiful decor, exceptional service and French cuisine. Get the seafood tower and enjoy the beachfront views

My husband is handicapped and would never attempt it. I walked down gingerly but the return was difficult. There were no handrails. Also from the beach to the surf was another steep decline that should be leveled daily. There was a sparse staff. No cleaning staff at all. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished; the location is directly across from the beach and there are tons of restaurants and shops right out the door. There is also a restaurant and coffee shop on the premises if you want to just nestle in. Love this hotel!

We had something in the morning so we were not there for the time breakfast was served however every day just before we left a brown bag breakfast was given to us with delicious muffins ,cereal and fruit.
