The staff was so polite and funny which was nice. No coffee maker in room but it was in the lobby. It was so clean and we loved our own private parking. Even though we have a truck we made it work. A great place for my family. Thank you!

I stayed for two weeks. The proximity of the hotel to the shopping area of San Fernando Bld. was a big bonus. the suite I booked was large and had an interesting view of the Los angeles hills. The staff were very helpful when I sought information or advice. Both buildings has a coin operated laundry room. This was great for a long stay. I intend to stay here again in February 2025. If you are smart bring a HDMI cable and watch all your shows (Netflix etc.) free.

We arrived 4 hours early to leave our car before heading into town. The lady at reception managed to book us in to our room very early which was brilliant. She also helped with parking (which is admittedly quite expensive, but so is everywhere in LA).
The room was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast (continental) was really good.
