The Bistro breakfast was very good. My avocado toast with a small side of kale was delicious as was the French toast with strawberries that my spouse renjoyed. The weather was lovely in the early morning so we ate out on the patio. The Courtyard Marriott has a lovely setting for eating and conversation.

I liked the privacy and the remote location with little to no traffic noise. I liked the pool but it was not clean and the pump shut off automatically at around 7 pm. The room was nice but the portable air conditioning unit should have been a red flag that the main air conditioning unit was not up to par. It wasn't because it quit working on our second day there and then the room became uncomfortably warm. The straw that broke the camel's back though was the two scorpions that I killed on the bathroom floor. My companion insisted on leaving immediately after that and we left at 5:30 am and went somewhere else to go sleep without worrying about waking up with a scorpion sting.
