The apartment is very nice, clean and has a modern look. The bed is comfortable. You can feel at home. Sitting on the porch with a slight view on the river is great, too. The house is equipped with a security system which makes the stay feel safe.
The washing machine can be used without an additional fee. Check-in was easy and the hosts respond pretty fast to any questions.

Great staff, changed our room at check-in to make the walk to the room under 30 feet. This is a nice hotel with clean rooms and an on-site restaurant for breakfast and lunch. I would recommend this hotel for anyone going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral.RichardUnited States - 4.0Scored 4.0

Cocoa Beach is nice with excellent restaurants nearby. Worst is the hideous bus schedule, every 30 minutes near the beach, every 60 minutes farther from beach, and wasn't ever on-time. People can't even use it to get to and from work. Hard to believe this is the place they launch rockets to space from as the bus system is Third World at best. Horrible, HORRIBLE facility!!
Horrible, HORRIBLE facility!! Dirty room; dresser top, sink, floor, etc. Had "residents" on the back side of the motel where we were. Told front desk about all and nothing. I wouldn't let a dead rat in a bag stay there. I can promise you that we will NOT be staying THERE again or any facility within the chain.

Another guest who had overheard us suggested some places. The hotel was really out of the way. The room was ok but I would not have want to stay any longer. Clean pressed sheets, new bedspreads, large TV, and comfy mattresses. Bathroom has adorable old school type tile and newer modern toilet and sink vanity. shower opening isn’t large, but the shower is huge with ample hot water. Our room is cleaner and better maintained than our last stay at a Marriott property.
