The room had a bad smell the security latch on the door was broken and hanging on one screw the staff was rude bed had a hair in it and nothing was clean. No one took pride in there work I ask for extra pillows and towels they never came. If you want to have a good night stay book a Hilton or Marriott. This hotel is perfect if you want to do drugs.

Front desk did not check us in properly, so security demanded she leave several times, the phone in our room did not work, so she stayed up all night afraid and she has dementia. We were told we would get our money back, but you know that never happened.
