Checked in late at 2am. Caring and polite night shift reception staffs. Lovely decor in lobby and welcome drinks. Very nice bars. Excellent selection of meals, fresh cooking sections. Clean, quiet and spacious rooms. Excellent wifi, even on the beach! Friendly staff all across the hotel. Snack bars and foods are available all day, everywhere near the pools and beach area.  Pool side entertainments for everyone and a great animation team. The hairdresser was very good too. Iron provided on request. Bring your own 3 pin electric adaptors. Good entertainment that ends around 11pm. It is better to book a taxi through booking.com to airports as the hotel prices are much more. Water sport excursions booked on the beach further to the right of our beach through an agent called Tina. They are with the parachutes behind Occidental Marhaba Hotel. Tina is an amazing person,lovely, and gives good prices for her excursions. She also had a lovely team working with her. Paragliding for 2 people was around £23! Very good  housekeeping by Jihene, she was lovely. The massages are good, but the service overall could be much better. A lovely beach.

Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Hotel was nice, with good evening entertainment. Only few steps to be right on beautiful beach.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sousse Palace Hotel and Spa in Sousse, Tunisia, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Bassim and Abderrazek and everybody else whose names our short memory forgot), who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference and contributed greatly to our wonderful experience. The breakfast at the hotel was delightful, offering a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. Every meal was a treat, and we were particularly impressed by the freshness and quality of the ingredients. We chose to have only breakfast included because we wanted to explore the stunning Sousse to find the restaurants where the locals go to eat, but you have the possibility to choose all-inclusive resort option. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, thanks to the amazing housekeeping team. The cleanliness and attention to detail were evident, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is perfect, offering stunning sea views and easy access the town center and the best beaches Sousse has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We had the bedroom with sea viewing without asking for that, and we are very grateful for this. Overall, our time at Sousse Palace Hotel and Spa was memorable, and we are extremely grateful for the outstanding service and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Sousse. Thank you once again to everyone at Sousse Palace Hotel & Spa for making our stay so special. The staff are all so friendly and wonderful. The hotel was clean and relaxing. Felt like a real holiday. I will miss all the staff. It was my second stay here and i will be planning my next stay in this hotel shortly

My stay was beyond my expectations it was great fabulous starting from the parking,moment of checking-in with Jihed-aziz he was professional welcoming I was on depression when o stepped in I was sick however the way of aziz approach it was great I calmed dawn and I can’t forget the day at the spa 🧖‍♀️ Mohamed Ali who encouraged me to experience the facilities the he was very helpful professional cultivated he helped me to come over my sadness he was very caring to each one stepped in to the pool to the spa I felt I’am home with family thanks Mohamed Ali for each supportive word Nedra thank you ☺️ for your consideration and help me out with my staff. All the Movempick team guys you are amazing 🤩 and of course I can’t forget the moment of check-out with jihed and khadija it was very nice professional smile 😊 and we had a beautiful conversation about the hotel I appreciated a lot I was happy until I left the hotel until the i said good by to Mohamed Amine at the main entrance he was very welcoming.
