The pictures have no relation to the actual location. It’s impossible to make a complaint because they look identical, just photoshopped. This place is not at a 4-star level; it’s a mediocre 3-star at best.
We paid for two nights and requested a refund for the second night. They were fair and returned our money. We chose another 4-star hotel which was 25% cheaper and incomparable in terms of location, cleanliness, breakfast… everything.
