The location was great, right next to the train station and supermarkets. It was functional and good for staying while exploring the city and surroundings for a few days. The staff was friendly.

Great location and accomodation, the room was really confortable and clean. The front desk was really helpfull with all the tips and reccomendations about Leiden and what to visit.
The room had a good length and the washing products (soap and champoo) smelled amazing.

Good variety at breakfast, clean rooms, manager was very helpful when they double charged me. However they double charged me, didn't respond to any contact prior to the stay regarding the attempts to double charge me.

The owner lives on the same site and is available to assist you if you need anything. Most importantly, they were kind.
The hotel is located approximately between Amsterdam and Rotterdam, making it easy to access for sightseeing.
There is a lot of nature around and it would be ideal for walking and cycling.
