Wonderful historic location filled with antiques and ambience. Excellent staff in all roles who were, without fail, professional. 2 lovely places to eat in the evening; very different menus but same great quality.

The lovely smiling staff, who seemed in the majority to be Filipino, were all very helpful and extremely polite. They really are an asset to the hotel!
We booked bed and breakfast, and the breakfast buffet was extensive and very good. Rooms are nice and have very comfortable beds, the room was cleaned daily, and the sheets were changed every 3 days. We were able to use the facilities at the Corinthia hotel next door, so there were 6 pools to choose from, plenty of sunbeds and pool bars at both hotels. Nice view of St George's Bay and a short walk down to the very lively nightlife of Paceville (if we had wanted it). There are about 6 restaurants in the hotel area. We tried most of them and thought the Italian was the nicest, but we didn't try the Michelin starred one, it's best to book them in advance at all of them as they can all get quite busy.
All in all we had a lovely holiday there.

Absolutely amazing place with the best views across the island. There's so much history to see and experience and loads of choice for food. Definitely wander out of the main gate and over to Crystal Palace for the best Pastizzi, and Fontanella's on the city wall is a must.

Mdina is nice for a few hours but there’s not a lot to do if you have done all the museums, cathedrals and archaeological sites in other parts of Malta and Gozo as we had done.
It’s very historical with lovely glassware and silver jewellery in the quaint little shops.
It was a nice place to chill out after a hectic few days elsewhere on Malta.
This place is a hidden gem in Mdina with an amazing host. We spent our engagement day and night at Palazzo Bifora and we couldn’t wish for anything better than this. Lovely infrastructure and decoration, beautiful rooms and detailed amenities. The rooftop has an amazing view, a heated pool and a great bar for snacks and drinks. The breakfast is truly delicious and the host accomodated the time because we had to leave earlier to catch our flight. If you ever are in Malta, don’t look anywhere else, this is the best place to stay.
Amazing location inside the beautiful old city Lmdina which is perfect to reach any great spot in Malta. We also enjoyed the Lmdina after 7pm and the leaving of the tourists.
The hotel is full of charm and history.
Omar is a great owner kind to help for every request so does his staff !

Nice homemade breakfast - nice restaurant - great cocktails
A perfect holidays . Thanks Omar !!
Very spacious and very well equipped property. Loved the uniqueness of the layout and in the height of summer the pool area was an excellent facility to be able to enjoy. It felt like we were living in a part of Mdina's history.
As a base for visiting Malta, Mdina is ideally placed, with taxis and local buses easy to pick up from the main gate.
Peter and his staff couldn't be more helpful throughout the duration of our stay.
The owner greeted me at the door. The check in process was 5 star. You are welcomed in seated given a tasty local beverage while the owner explains the layout and history of the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel is also 5 star the scallops were amazing the Amberjack was good. The room was great very comfortable bedding. The heated floors in the bathroom were great.
Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, set in the beautiful Mdina, great location close to city gate where you can easily pick up a taxi. Our rooms were beautiful and comfortable with fabulous views, all the staff were wonderful. Amazing food in the restaurants, lovely breakfast. I would recommend it.
The history that comes with this property. It is an unique hotel in an unique place! The staff, the care about guests and the fact that the hotel is so updated to our times and technology but in the same time all the fabulous features from back in history are kept and present there, to reminder where you are!
The view from the terrace was stunning and a great place to eat breakfast which was also amazing! The staff were lovely and the building it just stunning! Walking around Mdina at night was beautiful so staying in the city walls made you feel like you lived there. I would come back in a heartbeat.
The whole atmosphere and staff where very accommodating. My Agatha Suite was exceptionally decorated with all intimate touches catering for every need. Staying in Mdina for the first time, this boutique hotel captured the essence of the Mdina whilst keeping the stay immaculately unique.
Beautiful property in an excellent location in the heart of Mdina. Tastefully decorated in the style of an old palace. Large bedroom with a very comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities and a large bathroom with shower and bath. The staff were charming and welcoming.
Lovely hotel with a perfect location in the old town, a wonderful onsite Trattoria (went there repeatedly), and most of all, a staff which were accommodating, extremely pleasant and polite, efficient and effective -- i.e., perfect. This was a truly wonderful stay
