From the moment we arrived we were given 5* treatment
The lovely lady on reception had us at ease instantly when booking in
Sundor deepa and irina were perfect in housekeeping floor 9 no complaints as room on return was spotless
And the lady at towel collection had the most amazing therapy smile and hello every morning
For me the hotel was spotless plush and welcoming but by far the staff made us feel like royalty
