Not sure why this place has such a low rating! We found it to be exceptional for the price. We initially booked for 5 nights and extended our stay by an extra 3 nights. It’s clean, spacious, has a shower with hot water and projector. The beds were comfortable and aircon worked well. Yes, it’s next to a train track but the metro didn’t bother us at all and our room was facing out onto the tracks. Took 30 mins to get to Shibuya/Shinjuku by metro and 40 mins to get to the main Tokyo station. It’s very close to the metro which was great for getting around Tokyo.
Plenty of food options around the area like ramen, KFC, McDonald’s etc if you want them. Amazing Fresh pastries from Saint Germaine bakery in the metro station - we went here 3 times to get them and bring them back for breakfast!
Honestly we thought it was great value for what you get and the ease of accessing the city.
