Location of hotel near JR train station. Helpful reception staff. We were allowed to store our luggage in the hotel though we arrived much earlier than check in time. Upon check out we were able to store the luggage for several hours (free of charge on Saturday) before we leave for the airport. This gives us the flexibility to explore the area without the baggage.

The location is good, close to eateries and scenic spots. The size of the room is larger than that of most hotels. The hot public bath and the resting lounge on the top of the building are magnificent. You got very nice views of the TV tower of Odori Park from there. The meetlounge service is excellent for afternoon snacks when you check-in late afternoon if you stay at the Cross Floor.

Open from November 2018, Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori is situated in Sapporo. A 3-minute walk from Odori Park, the property is also a 7-minute walk away from Sapporo Clock Tower and offers free WiFi.

Location was convenient for shopping in the city center and walking to Odori park was not far. Staff are helpful and be able to speak English fluently. Facilities in the room were really great.

Room was large for Japanese standards, hotel was very grand and was in central Sapporo, close to many of the attractions within walking distance. Parking costs 1500 yen per night, it is underground and private.

Nice view from the room as it is the tallest building around. Breakfasts were incredibly good. Almost everything, though buffet style, were well prepared to high standards. Staff were very attentive and there were many of them around. Location was great too as it is just right next to the JR station.
