The room was so spacious for Tokyo. We really enjoyed our stay here. The laundry facilities were really good. There were lots of machines and was easy to do washing. The machines were seperate washers and dryers, not like the combined machines that don't dry well. Hot tip: There's an underground path from the train station to the hotel. Just head out West gate from Shinjuku Station (I think) and follow signs to Tokyo Metro building. It took us a while to find but great when we were leaving with our big suitcases. I think it was a bit quicker to walk on street though.

We enjoyed the location although was 10 minutes walking to Shinjuku Train Station. The staff at the reception were very welcomed and a big thank you to Eugene and Alessandro at the concierge for being so helpful with all information and tips.

Very good sized room for Japan standards! Clean room and well equipped kitchen upstairs. Easy access and lots of information sent from host before arrival. Also great location so close to Hatagaya Station so can get around Tokyo very easily (30min walk to Shinjuku station). I know it’s not very Japanese, but everyone must visit the Turkish kebab shop on the corner down the road… best kebab ever and the nicest owner! Would defo recommend this place… such good value for money!

Great hotel in a fantastic location ! Room was great , the standard room we had in our middle stay (we came back here 3 times between travels around Japan) had a washing machine which was great , be aware if you book the economy standard no washing machine 😐
This hotel is in the delightful Yoga area on the Den-en-toshi train line , Yoga station is directly under the hotel , 5 stops and you are in Shibuya where you connect to many other lines and the Narita express ! Local shopping area just outside the hotel is fabulous with supermarkets, convenience stores , pharmacy , restaurants and a fabulous patisserie called Flora about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Free coffee machine in the hotel lobby topped it all off ! Hotel staff were always so friendly and helpful! Highly recommended stay , we will certainly be back
