    Great location. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay. All the staff especially Suraj,Aarti and others were incredibly helpful and generous. Room was well equipped and comfortable. Food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious and service was attentive and efficient. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

    Nice place for weekend holidays.

    Nice place for weekend holidays. On weekends it gets little crowded, but still enjoyable. If someone wants to cover other parts of Himachal also, I would suggest 1-2 day would be enough for Dalhousie. Its best suited for family or couple vacations. Not much to do if you are coming for adventure trekking.

    Nice small Hill station with lush cool weather in August and lush green greenery all around...... Too much traffic with few places around the city to visit like Khajjiar , Chamera Lake, small mall road ........ Good place for weekend get away

    Its beautiful of course but the hill station is very poorly maintained. Dainkund Peak is terrific, but Khajjiar is so dirty. The lake there is dry, the bathrooms are dirty, the restaurants are too close for comfort and also unhygienic. The road to Khajjiar is very bad. The worst place is Saatdhara falls (they dont exist) and Panchpula (absolutely nothing there). Garam Sadak was disappointing too, but still alright. The church at Subhash Chowk is OK....nothing great. We actually thought we spent one day extra. Two full days are more than enough.

    The best place to stay in Dalhousie.

    The best place to stay in Dalhousie. Personally looked after by the owners so prompt attention to your needs. Ver good food at their restaurant angain supervised by owners during meal times. Added attraction is that it is a heritage place and goes back over a century.

    First of all the rooms came no where near to what was uploaded in the photos. There were other visitors who had the same problem. They eventually changed the rooms. However, all hotel rooms were shabby, damp and dirty. Washrooms were stinking. Food was okayish. Only advantage of this place is its proximity to the Gandhi chowk and Dalhousie market. Won't recommend this hotel to anyone else. There are lot more hotels nearby who would have proven to be better value for money.

    Best budget hotel in dalhousie, the view from the room is just awesome! Room were clean! Staff is very cooperative and helpfull! Food is also good! The main point of hotel is its location, this hotel is located is center point of dalhousie and khajjiyar, kalatop wildlife sanctuary is just 3 km from hotel, definitely recommended.     Hotel has amazing view from the room which we upgraded from the check in counter by paying some extra money. It had a balcony to sit in to enjoy the view. Room was big and beautiful with neat and clean bathrooms. Very near to Subhash and gandhi chowk both to visit the market and restaurants. Food at hotel was good too.

    Best property in Banikhet! The hotel name is White Orchid. The staff was courteous and very humble. They even upgraded our rooms as we did not like the one we booked! View was nice from the Balcony. Transportation to Dalhousie is easy. Besides the hotel there is the local bus stop.
