This area is a must for enjoyment and recharging. The lake and surroundings offer endless possibilities. The town has many Michelin star resurants. Friendly and professional staff, a welcome drink provided upon check-in. We have free wine tasting during our stay. The room is almost new, clean, with a beautiful view of Lake Balaton and Tihany. The food is delicious, wide range of good during breakfast and dinner. The wellness area is elegant, with many pools and comfortable sunbeds. The hotel deserves 5*.

This hotel is actually a resort for families, it has a private beach on the Balaton Lake, 2 swimming pools (one indoors for swimming and one outdoors for fun), sauna and a club for children that provides activities. This can be very handy as the weather at Balaton can change quickly and if it rains, your children will not get bored. The food is ok in the main restaurant, standard hotel food with decent variety, and the other restaurant at the beach serves the typical food you can have in a Balaton beach, ie, langos, fried fish, hamburger, corn, pancakes, etc. Overall it was a quite pleasant experience and I will be back.
