I did not have breakfast, which was charged along with room because I left very early to catch my flight. But the location was great - just opposite the Romford train station and center of the city.

I don’t like writing bad reviews and my experience at this hotel may be just a one off but it wasn’t good. The room was incredible small and you would t fit two people in it comfortably. During the night a mass brawl broke out in the corridors and I had to barricade my door. No apologist or explanation from staff. Then a staff member decided to start hovering outside my bedroom door at 9am on a Sunday morning.

Location was ideal, close to public transport and the station was brilliant for me a disabled traveller. Great access for going into the city with connecting tube lines. First time I had ever used the Elizabeth line & it was fantastic.

It was only a short in and out trip, plenty of options for an evening meal. I felt relatively safe walking the streets when going out of an evening to eat. Didn't get to see the Romford Bull 😒 BOSH

I didn't like the fact that there is no lift and you have to walk all the way to the top floor where my room was.And also I got burnt with the the high heat temperature in the shower because it was faulty and was not checked before giving out the room to me. The radiator in the room was not working and the room was so cold. I need a compensation.
Property was a former local authority flat but was nicely finished, warm and in a quiet location. Central Romford was around 10-12 minutes away by car or roughly 20 minutes walking/by bus with all buses stopping at the station for easy links to Liverpool St every 10 minutes or so. A Tesco Express and Aldi close to the property means it’s easy to get your self-catering essentials.
Perfect location for us to visit our son in Upminster. Free parking! 10 min walk to train station. Shop across the road for milk, bread etc. Taxi from Romford train station at 11pm cost £8 (saved us getting drenched on a wet rainy evening!)
A very clean apartment on the first floor. Decorated well. 2 bedrooms. An hour into centre of London via Elizabeth line no change needed.
Very welcoming room was fab went out side to room a lovely chalet type room also a lovely little patio garden. room was big but warm fresh cosy underfloor heating ,sofa, tv , tea and coffee couldnt have asked for more ,just wanted to stay in it for longer would go back 100% daniela was so so lovely , if ever in romford stay here , walking distance to shops
Very nice experience!
The Room was clean, room service was done daily, heating was very acceptable.
The owner was very friendly and kind. The property has high value for money. It’s located in a quiet area in Romford (Repton Avenue), 5 mins walk from the bus stop and 10 mins walk from tube station.
I’ve enjoyed it very much.
We were happy with our stay. The house was clean and spacious, which was good for us to share as a group of 7 people. The beds were comfy and we were provided with clean towels. Thank you!
One side note, it’s only 7 minutes walk from Romford station.
A very comfortable stay with a friendly feel, good breakfasts and location easy to romford. My mum had mobility issues and they gave me a ground floor room near breakfast room which was great. All clean and a good standard for what I was expecting.
Great location, close to Romford station and a new build property. Very spacious room with fridge, kettle, tea and coffee and a smart TV and en suite bathroom and the host was very friendly and welcoming. A great stay that was very comfortable!
I did not have breakfast, which was charged along with room because I left very early to catch my flight. But the location was great - just opposite the Romford train station and center of the city.
Great accommodation modern and convenient for transportation. Excellent communication, clear instructions and always willing to help. If I come to Romford again it's a no brainer where I'm staying.
Great apartment in walking distance from grocery stores and the main high street area of Romford. Easy video instructions on how to check in and free coffee capsules for the nespresso machine.
Central location. Nice large downstairs area with lots of seating. Near Mawney Arms pub, which had friendly staff and great fish & chips (written in Romford Recorder).
