The location was good and the food & beverage staff were excellent however, we were unable to allow us to check in 3 hours early. When returning late afternoon we were assigned a terrible room. When complained we were move to a disabled room which was very small and would have been impossible for wheelchair access. The good part was the size of the bathroom and walk in shower which didn't function until serviced the following day.

Hilton Cobham is within easy reach of central London which is just a 30-minute train ride away, set in 27 acres of peaceful grounds and woodland.

Everything from the reception to the restaurant to the room was amazing. I couldn't rate this hotel high enough, we had a fantastic time and the restaurant was lovely as well as the food. I will definitely be coming back next time I am down in London! Thank you

just really well kept, nice place - super clean, well equipped (apart from there not being a hair drier). a wonderful patio at the entrance - small but perfect to sit out at.

The rooms and hotel were good but there was no internet and no phone connectivity in any area of the hotel, restaurant, bar or any rooms. No member of staff could either offer an explanation or try and solve it so we had to go to a pub down the road to get some internet and we subsequently had dinner there instead.

With a beautiful, peaceful location on the banks of the River Thames, this charming hotel faces out onto Church Square in the old historic village of Shepperton.

I had a fabulous room! Really big with a massive and very comfy bed, and a large bath in the bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was a lovely atmosphere in the pub and the spacious car park was great.

Fantastic location , right on riverbank and in front of Hampton Court. Very comfortable room and excellent restaurant with river views. The food was also very good!
