This was a great hotel - unusual and quirky - with fantastic service from all members of staff.
The food was excellent, especially the evening meal.
A really delightful place to spend a couple of nights.
Great welcome by staff on arrival to this beautifully decorated hotel. Things have really been considered bathrobes, full size good quality products for use, water by bed, classical music on the radio in the room as you arrive, dinner was delicious loved the open kitchen. Overall very pleasing. Two disappointments treatments weren’t available Sunday and we didn’t book the Sunday lunch that was being prepared as we left! Everyone was very helpful and relaxed. We would come again!
What a fantastic hotel we found, everything about the beautiful hotel was just perfect. The staff were exceptional & friendly, the food was amazing. The most quirky decor so tastefully done. Our room was so spacious and the bed was huge. We loved it. This was a little get away for us as we had just got married on the Saturday; thank you so much for the card and bubbles it was truly a lovely gesture.
The food was delicious, we ate at the hotel restaurant both nights and in particular the scallops were probably the best I’ve ever tasted.
The staff were really helpful, we had some issues with our room since the heating wasn’t working and members of the team were trying within their means to help by providing complimentary hot drinks to our room.
I booked this for my boyfriends birthday and it exceeded expectations. Staff were so accommodating and were able to offer us a free upgrade which was lovely! The food at the hotel is amazing, you have everything you need at the property for a chilled weekend break.
