The grounds are immaculately kept and they even had real polo games going on when we stayed! The menu at La Palma was very good, especially the Ecuadorian food (unsurprisingly) and the pizza (quite surprisingly!). Our bartender Diego also did a great job -- definitely try the frozen drinks and cocktails. The feel was incredibly authentic and made for a wonderful stay, we were welcomed and will definitely return next time we are in Quito!GuileB351United States

The included breakfast is wonderful, very wide variety and everything is delicious. We had dinner at their restaurant and the food was delicious but a little expensive. The room is very comfortable. They offer shuttle service to the airport every hour, except 8am.AnaCosta Rica

Breakfast was exceptional with fresh fruit and juices, “home-baled” breads and pastries, and delicious hot breakfast options—eggs, sausages, tomatoes, etc. We really enjoyed the Ecuadorian specialties available on the dinner menu in the restaurant. Very happy with all aspects of our stay including the free shuttle to and from the airport.
