Perfect hotel as first time visitors to Brugge. Lovely room, incredibly clean and very spacious.
Staff were so lovely and very helpful. I contacted in advance about a request which was actioned very quickly and I found the portal you can log into prior to your stay really useful. A lot of information was provided at check-in about the hotel, local area and transport advice. As we have never stayed in Belgium before we especially appreciated the bus advice and the taxi voucher made it really easy for us to get back as I was worried about trying to get a taxi (we are from the UK).
Will definitely be staying again. Had there have been room at the same hotel we would have extended our stay no question!

I loved our spacious room and big comfortable bed. My sister needed an accessible room as a wheelchair user and the staff changed this with no trouble at all. We loved the room top pool also.
We were close to the beach and enjoyed walking to the pier to watch the sun set!

We loved this place! The owners are a very sweet couple and they welcomed our dog as well. There are a lot of details made the stay a big difference, there’s fresh flowers and fruits in the room, a beach bag and everyday some small surprises.
