Had booked older smaller cabin, a bit passed it with a noisy heater all night and a small ancient element stove, to get renovation they said.
Next day offering to pay for the nice newly renovated cabin last time, a free upgrade to it was given by the nice lady in the office for the rest of the week.
Pretty clean with great bathroom and lots of well-used space like counter space.

Friendly staff
I liked the fact that it was well located if I want to bring my pets with me next time I visit the area. Also the room and little closed in balcony area of the accommodation would suit my pets to stay safely outside.

Did my own breakfast, using toaster and kettle. Comfortable bed, good size TV and free WiFi.
Excellent location and staff were amazing. I travel to Wodonga to visit family and have stayed at many different hotels, this one is the best. I would only stay at this hotel in the future. Very happy with everything.

Wellington Motel has not returned my $100 "security deposit". We checked out Sunday morning October 1 and today is Thursday October 5. They do not answer telephone calls on the landline shown on Booking.com
I left a messgae yesterday but $100 still not refunded. Be careful booking with Wellington Motel.

Travelling to catch up with family so a convenient location for us to stay and spend our days with the family. Beautiful Gateway Park Walk along the Murray River with spectacular sculptures depicting dreaming stories! A great activity to share with family.
Lunch at Henri's Bakery - fresh, made-on-the-spot sandwiches, delicious!

I went to Wodonga to see the Army Museum at Bandiana which was excellent! Well organised, plenty of interesting exhibits, and very helpful staff. We spent 2+hours there.
Had some extra time, so visted Lake Hume and the weir, which were very impressive.
Then called in at Bonagilla Migrant Museum, on a whim, and surprisingly found it absolutely fascinating. Plus there were hundreds of kangaroos on the grounds. We came away from Bonagilla with a new appreciation of Australia's post war migrants. A moving experience for us.
Wow, what a place. Sure, it's old and may not appeal to some. But hey, you don't stay at a place like this if you're after a five star hotel! Of course, the cost for this is way cheaper than a boring old hotel! The owners are great, the cabin has everything you need, the position is simply incredible. Indeed, I believe that for those with a sense of adventure, this is the place for you. Highly recommended! P.S. A couple of the attached images are views from the property.
We found the room warm but the bedding not really satisfactory - a very light Doona (more Doona cover than actual Doona) and the extra blanket provided was old, thin and torn. This didn't really fulfill our expectations for a cold night in Wodonga. I think there was an electric blanket but we are not in the habit of using these.
We also found the site very noisy on Friday night with trucks and hoons going through the roundabout.
Excellent accommodation at a modest price. From the welcome slice of cake on arrival, to the extra amenities such as wine glasses, an electric blanket, and a super clean bathroom with oodles of hot water, my stay was made very comfortable. Another bonus was undercover parking right outside the door, and a heap of power points. I would certainly book this motel again.
We had stayed at this motel 2 years ago and were impressed and with the service, location and value for money
This time we had an apartment and I am pleased to say we had an even better experience The new owners have continued the service previously provided
We really loved the access to 2 pools, and the rooms were very clean and tidy. The kitchenette was well equipped, the staff at reception friendly, and the location suited us. The Blazing Stump hotel next door was also a bonus for a meal and a few drinks.
Swimming pool for the kids
Cabin was big enough for the four of us
Bed was very comfortable
Lounge was very big and comfortable
Balcony with seating
Lots of shopping in Wodonga and Albury which is only a 5 minute drive away
Small and quite park
This was one of the best motels I have stayed in Australia. It was quiet, comfortable and modern. It felt like a home away from home. I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable accomodation in and around Wodonga.
Room was very spacious and open with convenient lighting options and a nice courtyard outside. Staff were friendly and accommodated our request for thin pillows. The room was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable.
Very spacious, clean and comfortable new home. We were given a code for the front door and it was all very easy. Location is in a very quiet outer Wodonga suburban development. Wifi was provided.
Freshly renovated bathroom. The hotel was next door so great when we arrived after a long drive to walk next door to a busy and vibrant dining option. It was quiet the room
Great location, walking distance from the centre of Wodonga.
Staff were very helpful, I made some changes and they accommodated my request. Great facilities.
