The room was small but clean, bright and comfortable. The bathroom was clean too. One night the room temperature dropped and had to put on the heater which took a while to warm the room. Overall it was comfortable. Location of the hotel is the USP, it is attached to Rundell mall and Hindley street is at 2 minutes walk.

A fabulous hotel situated within the iconic Adelaide Oval complex. The staff were caring & efficient. Our room was a generous size even with the bed separated into singles. Beautiful garden views on one side & the wonderful Adelaide Oval on the other. The food in the casual dining area was delicious & catered for my dietary requirements. Breakfast with views of Adelaide Oval was delicious. An easy walk to the shopping area, art gallery, museum, library etc. Public trains, trams & buses are also close by. A guided tour of the Adelaide Oval is a must. We will be back.

Immaculate garden setting with studio accommodation at the rear of a early 1900's villa.
Extremely comfortable bed quality linens and towels.
Close to city, beaches, airport and public transport.
Hotels, restaurants and Halal bakery/kebab shop nearby.
Only down-side to location is if you have to use Main South Road to go anywhere.
If you give Google a chance as we did you can find ways to avoid this road.
Will definitely book again if coming to Adelaide.
