Nice staff. Loved the rain forrest outlook from the balcony. I had dinner at the tavern. Simple adequate menu. Pub food. Speewah tavern is in a quiet, small place, which I chose as I knew I'd be too late to make my Ravenshoe destination.

Love the facilities the resort had, had everything you needed without leaving the place, the food for the kids at the restaurant was great. The aircons worked great.

Amazing accommodation & unreal rainforest setting. The hosts, Patrick & Sue, are so welcoming. Their bird collection is fun. My wife sat with their cockatoo on her arm for over an hour whilst we shared happy hour.
