The hotel is located right across from the Ringwood train station and it is also on top of a big shopping centre which is handy. The hotel is also driving distance to many restaurants in surrounding suburbs like Doncaster and Box Hill etc.

We cannot fault the Hotel it was very clean, had under cover parking. A restaurant, the cleanest rooms l have ever seen. The most comfortable beds and pillows l have ever slept on. Great shopping center close by.

We visited darrell Lee chocolate factory shop. Eastland 4 times for lunch and the kids wanted to shop. The kids wanted to go to Rush HQ. They enjoyed seeing family close by and see family twice a year. The Nightcap in Manhattan all you can eat was a blast went twice as it was fantastic.

A quirky motel in a location that suited my purposes. Definitely useful for those on a budget but don't expect too much. Would stay here again. Centrally located for Eastern Melbourne suburbs - we found this a perfect base to attend a wedding in Kangaroo Ground, visit family in Warrandyte, Mitcham and Mt Waverley, get some equipment serviced in Ferntree Gully and visit mum in hospital in Mornington. Super close to the Eastlink toll road which takes you everywhere east of Melbourne. The Eastland Shopping Centre is impressive for an out-of-towner - supermarkets, fashion, food court, restaurants!. The leafy suburbs put on a beautiful show of greenery and flowers, could even hear some birds singning.Angela

Room was furnished and presented well and though the bathroom was small, it was not an issue. Water pressure was good and shower was very clean. The lounge area next to the lobby is also very nicely set up and is a cosy and comfortable area to have a sit and a chat. Would definitely recommend Sage Hotel to family and friends. Car parking is $10 per day and you are permitted to come and go multiple times.Kat888Australia

Room was spacious, comfortable and the bathroom was large and spotless. Secure parking is available on site for a price , but we parked for free in the car park area next to the railtracks. Hotel near a large indoor shopping mall and there is also some shops close by. As we were only there for a couple of days we didn't use the restaurant or bar facilities , but they looked classy too.

It has been recently renovated, and all of the furniture was very comfy. The bed was so soft!! Even though this is a hotel and function centre, we were not disturbed by any noise (guests or music). Love the coffee machine and balcony. Location is outstanding too as it's close to the train line and shopping centre, as well as close to Yarra Valley. I was in town for a wedding there hence staying at Ringwood.
