Perfect location, just a couple of blocks from the beach. Shops and restaurants were also conveniently located. Staff were very friendly and the room was immaculately clean.

It is a great area, great places to eat and shop if you are inclined to shopping. Plenty space, not overly crowded besides the market event (which is expected obviously). It is a great place to walk around, appears safe. A hidden gem I'd say.

Redcliffe is kitsch and cosmopolitan, with aspects that are still representative of an earlier period in Australian history. But it is booming and lots of beautiful complexes with great experiences like Mon Komo are fast developing. Sutton’s beach is lovely and the council run lagoon is great for families. Lots of restaurants.

Lovely area, sunset on the jetty is beautiful.
Lovely area, sunset on the jetty is beautiful. Good food around however some places are closed during Mondays and Tuesdays in early spring. I recommend 2-3 days to relax and see whats around. Public transport is OK however if you wish to travel to places such as the zoo best to drive if possible. There is whale watching and a bee gees walk also lots of bbqs scattered around for the public to use!

Redcliffe is a peaceful seaside location with ample facilities for shopping, relaxing, dining and sightseeing and yet close to many scenic locations including hinterland. Sunshine Coast is a pleasant one-hour drive from Redcliffe. Very family friendly for all ages
The location along the beachfront was lovely. You could see the sea from the third floor side balcony just fine and the sound of the waves was wonderful. The layout was lovely and plenty of street parking was available if you didn’t manage to get one beneath the hotel. Bed was super comfy…firm but soft top. Noise was minimal. Rooftop bar and pool looked lovely but it was closed on our stay due to high winds. Bathroom was really nice but fan was a little noisy. Great location for Sunday markets within 10 minute drive.
I came over from the UK to stay. Host's where lovely...very helpful and easy to talk to. Stayed here twice. Room was very comfy. Lovely big bed, air conditioning and fan. Tv with Netflix, internet etc....would definitely stay here again and do recommend this property. Access to host's full kitchen area, very handy. Host's helpful with the amenities. Easy access to facilities that Redcliffe has to offer. Over all very comfortable stay. Review from Billy from England.
The bed was so comfortable, fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. We had the small room which is great for a short stay, good outside area to sit in.
Everything one needed was provided, better than expected as it was a last min booking. Had driven from the NSW border through stormy weather back to Sunny Coast, just couldn't drive any further, this was a haven. 6 hotels later this was the most comfortable bed :)
Check in was easy and the reception staff were helpful. The room had everything we needed and had an excellent view of the ocean. The resort pool was large enough to accommodate numerous people and had a great view towards the ocean. The complex is an easy walk to numerous restaurants and cafes as well as the Redcliffe pier, Bee Gees Way and Settlement Cove swimming pool.
Location, the hotel was modern, the room comfortable with a good view, the kids loved the pool, husband enjoyed the gym and I loved the location with a nice restaurant downstairs with great service great seafood and also open for breakfast. The lagoon is a walk across the road as are the cafes and Redcliffe esplanade’s.
Great hotel, loved the Pool on the roof and the area where you could relax and watch the sunrise/sunsets. Loved that the rooms had a microwave little mini kitchen, we originally booked for 3 nights and ended up staying 12 nights and had to extend our stay twice as the staff were amazing! Thanks for a great stay!
This apartment is privately-owned owned, and so when i arrived to the hotel for check in, there was some confusion about my booking. A lack of communication between hotel management and host. Everything was easily sorted with a quick phone call and I was offered a free beer at the bar for my troubles:)
There is nothing to not like about Proximity Apartments. our stay in a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment was fantastic! Spacious, clean and a fantastic views, this property was perfect for our family holiday. A great park across the road and so close to the Main Street of Redcliffe shops and restaurants.
View over the water was lovely. Location was excellent. Within walking distance to everything we needed. Three musts when visiting Redcliffe: 1. Sunday morning markets on the esplanade 2. Banjos Bakery - Yum 3. Morgans Seafood at Scarborough - best fresh wild prawns ever.
Honestly everything and the hotel manager was so kind.
I’d honestly stay there again I’d never really thought of Redcliffe as a holiday destination until we went there for the weekend. The view from our room was amazing.
I loved the location and the decor very clean and fresh. The bad thing for me was all the noise, Could hear everything in the neighbouring rooms and hallway. Dont know if the hotel has noise insulation but didnt seem to.
Great location to Redcliffe restaurants and cafes. Lovely view over the bay from our 4th floor balcony. Plenty of wardrobe space. Secure parking. Quiet building. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would stay there again.
Great location next to Redcliffe Beaches and main hub. Secure underground parking and great lift made it easy. nice amenities. Nice big bathroom with modern design and everything we needed for our stay.
Hotel was great overall. beds were terrific and facilities were fine. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Our only reservation was that for the price $193 it wasn't terrific value. Breakfast was ordinary.
